Hi everyone,

Have you ever wondered WHY my website is called “jrartnlife”? The reason for this is because through my own personal journey to change my mindset, live a more positive and mindful life and start setting, reaching and achieving my goals I discovered the passion I have for creating art, especially with resin! It has always been my intention to implement a coaching service to my website. I just needed to coach myself a bit more and retrain myself to regain my qualifications in Life and NLP Coaching. And since January, I have been busy retraining to become a Master of Life and NLP Coaching!

That means that you will notice in the coming weeks there will be new pages here on the website. An information page about the coaching services I will be providing with access to book appointments directly with me to find out how I can support you in your journey to achieving your goals. There will also be a range of articles, journals, worksheets and so much more available on the Coaching Services Page.
